EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT:
Reimbursement of expenses incurred by employee up to $2500.00 after employee completes 180 days of employment contract (e.g. Credential Evaluation, Travel Expense, Licensure Expenses). Only applicable to candidates whose Immigrant/ Green Card petition is filed (Not applicable for H1B)
401K PLAN:
By having this plan gives you an excellent way to save for retirement. The company may make a discretionary Matching Contribution of 25% of the first 3% of Compensation that you contribute to the plan.
FREE IMMIGRATION (Green Card- I 140) SPONSORSHIP:
MedCare Provider sponsors your Green card (I -140) free of costs. The Employee will be responsible for any other costs other than I-140 sponsorship. For e.g.: Visa Fee to be paid to the National Visa Center in US or the home country consular offices.
FREE AIRPORT/ RAILWAY STATION / BUS STATION PICK UP ON ARRIVAL :
We will make every possible effort to send a company representative to pick you up from the Airport, Railway Station or Bus stop as the case may be upon your arrival. However if due to some time constraints, we are not able to send our representative, we will arrange a Cab/Taxi service for you. This cost will be reimbursed to you by MedCare Provider. If you take a Cab/Taxi yourself, we will still reimburse the costs incurred towards the same as soon as you present us the expense claim for the same.
FREE TRANSPORTATION TO SOCIAL SECURITY OFFICE:
MedCare Provider will make every possible effort to arrange for a company representative escort you to the Social Security administration office, PA for applying for the Social Security number. However if due to some time constraints, a company representative is unable to accompany you, we will arrange a Cab/Taxi service for you. This cost will be reimbursed to you by MedCare Provider. If you take a Cab/Taxi yourself, we will still reimburse the costs incurred towards the same as soon as you present us the expense claim for the same.
FREE TRANSPORATION TO BANK FOR OPENING BANK ACCOUNT:
MedCare Provider will make every possible effort to arrange for a company representative escort you to the nearest Bank branch for the opening of a bank account. However if due to some time constraints, a company representative is unable to accompany you, we will arrange a Cab/Taxi service for you. This cost will be reimbursed to you by MedCare Provider. If you take a Cab/Taxi yourself, we will still reimburse the costs incurred towards the same as soon as you present us the expense claim for the same.
FREE ONE MONTH ACCOMODATION IN MedCare Provider’S GUEST HOUSE:
MedCare Provider provides you a one month free accommodation in Company’s guest house (available only in Florida) prior to joining the facility/actual work location. Guest House accommodation is available on rent beyond first month of stay in Florida., depending upon the availability of space.
RELOCATION ALLOWANCE:
Relocation allowance for every job related relocation (limited to 100 miles away from current Facility/work location)
2 WEEKS PAID LEAVE AND 3 DAYS SICK LEAVE BENEFITS:
2 weeks paid vacation, including weekends. Two weeks per year. (Subject to eligibility based upon accrual - Eligibility begins the start date of employment.- after that you accrue 6.66 hours of paid leave every month). Can be carried over up to one financial year. 3 days paid sick leave per year (Cannot be carried over to another financial year)
6 NATIONAL HOLIDAY PAY:
You will receive holiday pay for the 6 National Holidays in United States: New Years day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
CONTINUING EDUCATION ALLOWANCE:
Reimbursement per year for Continuing Education needed to maintain your US licensure’s validity. Reimbursements done upon submission of receipts.
ELIGIBLE TO ENROL IN GROUP MEDICAL AND DENTAL PLAN:
You have an option to enroll in the Group Medical, Dental Plan.

You are covered under professional liability insurance.
