We will make every possible effort to send a company representative to pick you up from the Airport, Railway Station or Bus stop as the case may be upon your arrival. However if due to some time constraints, we are not able to send our representative, we will arrange a Cab/Taxi service for you. This cost will be reimbursed to you by MedCare Provider. MedCare Provider provides you a one month free accommodation in Company’s guest house (available only in Florida) prior to joining the facility/actual work location. Guest House accommodation is available on rent beyond first month of stay in Florida., depending upon the availability of space.
RELOCATION ALLOWANCE:
Relocation allowance for every job related relocation (limited to 100 miles away from current Facility/work location)
2 WEEKS PAID LEAVE AND 3 DAYS SICK LEAVE BENEFITS:
2 weeks paid vacation, including weekends. Two weeks per year. (Subject to eligibility based upon accrual - Eligibility begins the start date of employment.- after that you accrue 6.66 hours of paid leave every month). Can be carried over up to one financial year. 3 days paid sick leave per year (Cannot be carried over to another financial year)
6 NATIONAL HOLIDAY PAY:
You will receive holiday pay for the 6 National Holidays in United States: New Years day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
